Results

If you're looking for dramatic night-time lashes, this is not the mascara for you. If you prefer a more subtle evening look or want a mascara for daytime then this could well be the organic mascara for you. It defines and enhances lashes in a more subtle way and is great for daytime or those who prefer a naturally beautiful look. My lashes are quite fair and I like the extra definition that this brings without it looking like I've made an effort.

You're not ever going to find me posting make-up tutorial videos on YouTube because I'm really not that good at applying make-up. (My early years spent playing with my Girl's World haven't left me as competent as I would have liked.) If, like me, you're prone to the odd mascara mishap, then you'll love this product. The mascara is so gentle that if you manage to apply it somewhere it shouldn't be you can just wipe it away with your finger tip or a cloth. Brilliant!

I don't need to use a special make-up remover, I just wash or cleanse my face as normal and it comes off easily. No more rubbing my eyes with eye make-up remover to avoid black smudges all over my pillow case. The eye area is so delicate that I've always been worried about the damage I've done trying to remove stubborn eye make-up. NYR recommend their Organic Eye Make-Up Remover. Obviously, this isn't a waterproof mascara but that's fine for me.

Fragrance

I never thought I'd be writing about the scent of a mascara but this smells amazing. I could eat it. It's got a vanilla/chocolate smell and it makes me smile every time I unscrew the tube. I never thought I'd be saying that about a mascara either.
